SCHEDULING/BOOKING Your Appointment

All services are EASY to book, however If you are scheduling for one of these TRENDING services:
- Henna Brows service
- Bella Experience Package
- Permanent makeup services (brows, lips, beauty marks, eyeliner)
- Permanent makeup removal services
it may be easier to book from your cellphone versus a computer due to having to upload a picture of your driver's licenses for forms and/or pictures of your bare brows, eyes, and/or lips for theses services. This doesn't mean you can't use a computer if that is your preference.
VIP Booking Is Available !!!!
The VIP category below is chosen if you can not find an appointment spot that fits your needs and you need your services done sooner. You will schedule a phone call (date/time) on the booking site to discuss. This is NOT the date that is set for the services. This is also NOT a consultation call for permanent beauty services.
All VIP services are at an additional cost. A link will be sent to pay for services. Services must be paid for in FULL.
HOWEVER, there are times that I maybe able to squeeze in a service in order to avoid the additional cost. Please contact me via TEXT (662-or DM with your needs and dates/times available.

ARE THERE ANY UPFRONT DISCOUNTS WHEN BOOKING?
When booking appointments you will see options to ADD ON/book additional services for the SAME DAY. Only a few services are offered for a discounted price. Look for the word DISCOUNT in the list.
DISCOUNTS are ONLY offered at the time of booking.
If services are added after booking, those services will be at a regular price pending the availability to provide that service on the same day.
The below services that are booked together will receive a discount.
1) Microshading or Ombre Permanent Brows (book) + TRIO Medium length Lashes (add on) = (discount)
2) Permanent Brows, Lips, Eyeliner (book) + Permanent Beauty Mark(s) (add on) = (discount)
3) Henna Brows (book) + TRIO Medium Lashes (add on) = (discount)
HOW DOES A LOYALTY CARD WORK ?
LOYALTY CARDS have arrived !!!!
ASK ABOUT THEM AT YOUR NEXT VISIT
Loyalty cards are FREE !
You will receive 1 punch on your loyalty card for any of the following:
1) EACH service OVER $20 dollars
2) Show your downloaded booking app for MS Bella Brows and Beauty on your phone (only receive this punch 1x)
3) Any client that you refer that has completed a service with MS Bella Brows and Beauty. Please make sure you ask to see if any of your referrals have booked so that you can receive your reward. Your name has to be listed as the person who referred them on their forms. There will be a designated spot for this on the booking forms. Make sure you tell them to list you.
When you have reached 9 punches on your card, you will receive $10 off your next service of your choice.
You MUST have your card to receive your discount
AM I ABLE TO BOOK MULTIPLE SERVICES FOR THE SAME DAY?
Add on services are available when booking. This option will pop up when booking any service.

NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE (GREATER THAN 3 MONTHS)? Booking can only be done 3 months out. If you need to schedule further out (greater than 3 months), please contact me at 662-258-1710.
NEED HELP READING THE BOOKING CALENDAR ?
When booking you may see a difference in available times and dates when clicking various services. This is because each service has a set time frame that is allotted to complete the services. Therefore, dates and time frames of availability may be different on calendar based on the service(s) you have chosen.
People cancel from time to time. So, please check back for availability or request for a VIP booking (located in below categories).
WILL I GET REMINDERS ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT ?
Appointment reminders will be sent to your email address. You will get a text reminder the day of your appointment. Specific directions to suite will be sent in your EMAIL confirmation. I highly RECOMMEND for you to FLAG this in your email and delete the emails after services are rendered so that it won't be too confusing for your future booking emails (you will be back LOL). Please make sure your email and phone number are correct. REVIEW IT.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE ?
In your appointment confirmation and reminders that are sent to your email address, you are given the option to cancel or re-schedule. Please refer to your email if you need to do either.
You have 24 hours from your scheduled appointment to cancel or re-schedule. If it is less than 24 hours, you are responsible for notifying via phone or text. Otherwise, it will be considered a no show which follows the no show policy.
Re-scheduling and cancellation policies will be explained during your booking process. Please make sure you read this.
WHAT IF I'M BOOKING FOR SOMEONE?
If you are booking for someone, that person (client) will be held accountable for understanding all forms (policies such as cancellations, deposits/fees, and re-scheduling appointments and/or procedures with associated risks).
It may be wise to purchase a gift certificate and allow them to book services if you are hesitant on any information.

We only collect/require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us; we don't sell it to third parties; and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.

PAYMENT
In person payment forms:

- Credit/Debit cards
$10 processing fee is charged on in person credit card transactions for services that are $100 or more. There is NO processing fee for services that are LESS than $100.
Website/Online payment forms:
- Credit/Debit card
- PayPal
PayPal is a also great option to use if you are booking a permanent makeup or removal service because it has the option to receive services upfront and divide payments into 4 . This is very similar to Afterpay, Sezzle, Klarna, and other financing options.
This is ONLY available it you SELECT pay in FULL ON BOOKING SITE AT TIME OF BOOKING. PayPal will redirect you to choose the 4 payment options once you sign into your account.
My booking site WILL NOT give this option if you choose to pay the deposit only.
Deposits:
Some services require deposits. These are only accepted by PayPal or Credit/Debit cards.

PERMANENT MAKEUP & REMOVAL SERVICES
A consultation is required before booking the following:
- Initial permanent make up Removal services
- All permanent makeup services (includes initial services, touch ups, but excluding follow ups and beauty marks)
All consultations are FREE! EXCEPT for in person consultations
INITIAL permanent makeup sessions (BROWS, LIPS, EYELINER) will include:
- Your followup session
- Starter aftercare kit
- (2) complimentary services --- electric chair massage and a paraffin dip (choice of hands or feet). These two services can be provided at your initial session OR followup session. This will be your choice, however both complimentary services will have to be rendered concurrently.
MY EXTENDED GIFT TO MY BROW BEAUTIES !
If you are a former client that has received permanent BROW services by MS Bella Brows and Beauty and you book a lash enhancement service at anytime, you will receive a FREE eyebrow arching/shaping "clean up" along with your lash service. HOWEVER, this must be SAME day service.

PERMANENT MAKEUP REFERRAL PROGRAM
Receive $40 off any permanent make up service (initial or touch ups) for every initial permanent makeup service referred that is COMPLETED.
The name of the person who referred MUST be listed on the forms when booking the service. There will be a designated spot for this.
